PAND7090, winner Dioraphte Amsterdam Fringe Award 2014, stands for «space». It is a concert hall, a shop, a gallery and a hangout all at once. But it could also be short for PANDEMONIUM: a place where everything blends into a «unique, off the wall and brilliant piece of performance» —jury Amsterdam Fringe Festival 2014.
«PAND7090 is a musical raree show, where experience can be discovered at a bargain.»
The performance premiered during the FRINGE festival 2014 and after winning the first prize, it went touring to Groningen, NL (at Art Gallery Sign, during the Sounds of Music Festival); Enidhoven, NL (during the Dutch Design Week); Grahamstown, South Africa (as international Fringe guests to the National Arts Festival); Brighton, UK (FRINGE Festival); and Maastricht, NL (during art fair Tefaf).
Alongside live music performances, a series of artworks, sound and video installations, a table-shop for books & music, functioned both as a pop-up exhibition as well as mobile performative experience.
